COMPOSITES--RIGGING--SERVICE

At CY Systems, we build and work on boats using both modern composite materials and traditional boatbuilding methods. Our work covers everything from full builds and custom projects to structural repairs and modifications. We focus on doing the job properly, using the right materials and techniques for how the boat will actually be used, resulting in the lightest, strongest, and most reliable boats and repairs that stand the test of time.

We provides expert composite repair solutions designed to restore and enhance structural integrity and extend the service life of components. Our services include inspection, damage assessment, repair, and refurbishment of composite structures using proven techniques and appropriate materials. As insurance-approved repairers, we can deliver reliable, compliant, and cost-effective repairs for everything from minor surface damage to complex structural repairs.

We manufacture and supply high-end composite components, including carbon fibre, prepreg, and infused parts. We deliver precision-engineered solutions for the most demanding applications, combining advanced materials, controlled processes, and expert craftsmanship. From one-off bespoke components to small production runs, our composite parts are produced to the highest quality.

We supply high-quality ropes for everything from cruising yachts to high-performance racing and superyacht setups. We’re proud suppliers of Marlow Ropes, so you’re getting some of the best rope products available.
We don’t just sell rope and send you on your way — we help you get the most out of it. We carry out all types of splicing, build structural high-load loops, and can re-rig or full “rope-ups”. We look at the overall package, simplifying layouts, reducing friction, improving handling, and making sure the whole system works efficiently.
Whether you’re replacing tired running rigging, upgrading to modern lightweight lines, or fine-tuning a performance setup, we’ll help spec and install the right solution.
